Meet Jeremy or Jez, the newest addition to the Hiraeth team. We met Jeremy at our first poetry/storytelling event last May at Labyrinth, when he read two poems for us, one of which was Dulcimer Chimes.
Jeremy is a performing poet and has released three CDs with Italian musician 3-Bop (Tre Bop) based in Zandaam, NL. The two of them have been working together since 2013, and in each album, the poems were recorded first with music added later in the studio. The duo will be working on their next album, “Blues for the Infidel,” this Autumn and their work is available on Spotify and other digital outlets.
We look forward to hearing Jeremy read from his unpublished novel about life, love and death in a small north England town at our upcoming storytelling event 25 November at Butcher’s Tears. Also, not to be missed- will be his home-made bread (served with soup by Rowena…)
